How does the process of working with Sirocco look like?
At Sirocco we follow the SAFe methodology as a baseline for operational excellence and client deliveries. All our new team members get trained and certified. We value collaboration and transparency. How flexible are your resource consulting contracts?

Do you offer support after the CRM system implementation?
We sure do! Once your CRM solution is live, your team members are trained, and your processes are running as expected, we move into a support agreement where we offer you continuous support. Can you bring us in to assist with an existing solution? Absolutely! We can run health checks, system optimizations, assist you with integrations or even system migrations. We actually recommend revisiting your setup and reviewing your progress regularly to ensure you get value from your investment consistently.
